Refund and Returns Policy

We hope you love your order, but should you need to return an item, please read below:

Overview

  • All items should be returned within 30 days.
  • All items must be returned as new, unused and in a resaleable condition
  • Please obtain proof of postage/tracking number in case of delayed or lost items. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process any return/refund.
  • To process your return, we require a proof of purchase
  • We reserve the right to refuse a full refund should you not meet the terms of our returns policy
  • The cost of the return is to be paid by the customer.

Please note that personalised items cannot be returned

Please make sure to include all details including your name, order number, the item(s) you are returning and your reason(s) for return.
Enclose your proof of purchase with the item(s) and package up securely.
Please obtain a certificate of postage and a tracking reference from the Post Office. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the return’s package reaches us safely.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.

Sale items

Please note, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your requested replacement will be printed & sent out to you within 7-10 working days
